Weighted Vests and Creatine

Hey ladies, have you tried using a weighted vest? I just want to talk about a few benefits! A weighted vest offers numerous benefits for women who want to enhance their fitness routines. Adding extra weight to workouts increases the intensity of exercises like walking, running, or strength training, helping to boost calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health (we all need a healthy heart as we age!). This added resistance can also enhance muscle strength and endurance, particularly in the upper body and core. Additionally, a weighted vest encourages proper posture. After my first mile walk with the vest on, my core was so sore the next day. My husband wore it the next day - we made it 2 miles and he was sore as well! 😁


My vest weighs 16 lbs, which is heavy, but I do a lot of strength training and wanted something to up my strength game. Ladies, we start losing muscle mass at the age of 30! Yes, 30! which is crazy.
